ReplyDelete1. Copy all the .CPK file to download folder
Delete( C:\Program Files\Konami\Pro Evolution Soccer 2016\Download )
2. Run DpFileList Generator by Baris as administrator.
3. Make sure the order of CPK files like this image :

4. Click generate, and done.
*This patch requires data pack 3 from Konami
