Instructions:
1. Install EvoAdboards by Chosefs
2. Replace livecpk folder to your sider folder
3. Open config.xml with notepad/notepad++ inside evo_adboards\common\bg\model\bg\bill\config\
and add
// League specific adboards

*Change compeid with competition id in your patch, use PESEditor by Ejogc327 to see it.
