Installation :
1. Copy files to Pro Evolution Soccer 2019 location
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER 2019\Data
2. Open the game and go in game to "Extras"/"System Settings"/"Language Settings"
3. Choose your language :)
