Lock-Down Banners Mod (Works with or without crowd) English language only.

Install:
1. Unpack the LockDown Banners Mod.RAR archive.
2. Place the "Banners" folder in your "livecpk" folder.
3. Add the line cpk.root = ".\livecpk\Banners" to your Sider.ini.
