PES 2021 Speed Server by Juce & Nesa24
New Speed Server module by Juce. Based on original work by nesa24 and digitalfoxx from EvoWeb.uk. A few small changes have been made:

this version is EXE-independent.
some stability fixes have been added.
speed value range is mapped to the original game range. So -2, -1, 0, 1, 2 correspond to game settings. But you now have full unlimited range to choose from: you can go for in-between values, such as -0.65 for example, or go smaller than -2, or larger than 2.
Competition-specific and team-specific speeds are supported via map.txt
