This patch integrates the FIFA and efootball 23 databases into PES 2021, bringing all transfers, squads, and player values up to date as of April 27th, 2023.
includes the 2. Bundesliga, which replaces the Ligue 2, and the removal of the Russian League, which has been replaced by a UEFA Conference League.
